Yes – The event is fully seated with reserved sections. Seat changes or upgrades will be sent via email.
No, upgrades cannot be added after purchase.
You will be asked to create a HelixPay account during checkout. If you've made a past purchase, you may use the same account.
Up to ten (10) tickets per person only.
Tickets will be sent via email and SMS. Only a digital copy of the ticket/QR code will be given. Please have a copy ready before arriving at the venue.

No. Entry will only be granted with a valid wristband around your wrist. Wristbands will be distributed on-site at registration.

Yes, there will be onsite ticket selling. However, all purchases must be made through lunari.global/leedohyun.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Both must have tickets. Infants are discouraged due to crowd volume and loud music.
Yes, entry will be allowed as long as you have your ticket and wristband.
Recording, filming, and live streaming are strictly not encouraged during the concert. The organizer has the right to confiscate the camera or video recorder once it is found.
No. Standing or jumping in the seated areas is not allowed to ensure safety and visibility for all attendees.
Only A4-sized DIY/LED boards are allowed. Stools are not permitted. Organizers reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items.
