General FAQs

You can purchase tickets at: http://lunari.global/NMIXX/. Ticket selling opens on March 31, 2025 at 12NN (Philippine Time, GMT+8) until supplies last. Also, please expect it to open to our HelixPay ticketing site.

    Yes – The event is fully seated with reserved sections. Any seat changes or upgrades will be sent via email or text.
    No, there will not be elevated seating but the stage will be elevated.
    No, upgrades cannot be added after purchase.
    You will be asked to create an account on Helix Pay upon checkout. If you already made a past purchase on Helix Pay, you may use that account.
    The ticket purchase limit allowed per person is up to ten (10) tickets each only.
    Unfortunately, we do not accept ID-based discounts.
    Tickets will be sent via email and SMS. Only a digital copy of the ticket/ QR Code will be given. Please have it ready before arriving at the venue.
    No, ticket refunds will not be allowed. Refunds will only be issued in the event of force majeure (e.g., event cancellation).
    No. Entry will only be granted with a valid ticket wristband around your wrist. Wristbands will be distributed on-site at the registration area.
    Only wristbands around your wrist will be considered valid. If your wristband is damaged or comes off, inform a staff member immediately.
    No. There will be no onsite ticket selling. However, you can still purchase via http://lunari.global/NMIXX/ on the day of the event.
    Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Both must have tickets. We do not recommend bringing infants due to crowd volume, loud music, and bright lights.
    Yes. As long as you have your ticket and wristband, you will still be allowed to enter and head to your seat.
    Not allowed: Professional cameras (DSLRs, mirrorless, video recorders)
    Allowed: Personal phones for taking photos and short clips. Please keep your device at eye level to avoid blocking others' view.

    Yes, you will need the QR code to claim your wristband. Save or screenshot your QR code(s).
